CALS will be celebrating its Grand Opening in a special evening at the Music Academy on April 6th. The event will begin with a a video introduction of music to be performed by members of the Santa Barbara Symphony that allude to the process of aging and the hope of longevity. The highlight of the evening will be a featured lecture and discussion by a highly distinguished scientist, Dr. Cynthia Kenyon, Vice President for Aging Research at Google's Calico Labs.
