CALS-Affiliate, Emily Jacobs, speaks about the landscape of women’s health

Dr. Jacobs leads a conversation about why women’s health is 20 years behind where it’s supposed to be, and how it can be improved. A fierce advocate of women’s health equity, Dr. Jacobs explains that the New Frontiers in Women’s health, a collaboration between the Ann S. Bowers Women’s Brain Health Initiative and the Santa Barbara Women’s Health Coalition, raises awareness and advances the quality of healthcare for women over their life course.
